The On Purpose Postpartum Day Experience is designed to support you as you adjust to life with your newborn in a gentle, intentional way. During daytime support, I focus on nurturing the whole family by providing emotional reassurance, newborn care, and hands-on assistance that allows you to rest and recover.
This experience may include infant care while you nap or shower, light household support related to the baby, guidance with feeding, and space to process your birth experience. Each visit is tailored to your unique needs, helping you feel confident, supported, and cared for on purpose.

The On Purpose Postpartum Night Experience offers overnight care designed to protect your rest while ensuring your baby is nurtured with calm, attentive support. Throughout the night, I provide newborn care, assist with feedings as desired, and support infant settling so you can sleep with peace of mind.
This experience is ideal for families who want to prioritize rest, recovery, and emotional ease during the early postpartum period. You can trust that your baby is being cared for intentionally, allowing you to wake feeling more restored and supported.

The On Purpose Postpartum Night Experience Extended
The Extended On Purpose Postpartum Night Experience is for families who desire deeper rest and extended overnight coverage. This experience provides the same attentive, nurturing care as the overnight experience, with additional time to support longer stretches of sleep and a more ease-filled morning transition.
Extended overnight care allows for unhurried support, flexibility with feeding routines, and continued newborn care into the early morning hours helping you begin the day feeling grounded, rested, and supported with intention.
